Education/Training

Eldercare Training Academy (ETA), an approved vendor, offers the initial RCFE administrator certification and continuing education to both RCFE/ARF owners and administrators of residential care facilities for the elderly (also know as RCFE, ARF, Assisted Living, Elderly Care Home, Retirement Home, Home Care Elderly Living, Board & Care, etc.)

Consulting

ETA also provides full service consultation to owners/ administrator. Consulting services include the following:

• Steps to opening a licensed care facility
• Preparation of the complete RCFE licensing packet (A/B)
• Preparation of the complete ARF lcensing packet (A/B)
• Preperation of Regional Center Program Plan
• Assistance with regulatory compliance (plan of corrections)
• On-site staff training (Initial 10 hours training, Medication training, on-
  going training)
• Business & Marketing plans for new and existing owners/operators (attracting and retaining residents)
• Customized facility policies and procedures
• RCFE Regulatory Update Service
